American Girl Goodwill Fun Find!

This was a really great find! I found meatloaf for 50 cents, but the lady forgot to charge us for him so I got him for free!

His ears were un-sewed from his head so the stick up,

overall he is in ok shape

his tag had been cut off

and he has green marker on his foot and stomach

After I did some work on meatloaf, he turned out great! I sewed his ears back down

I cut the tag down more so you can't see it

and I cleaned off the green from his belly! This was a great find!

American Girl Doll Salvation Army Fun Finds

I went to Salvation Army on Saturday and I was happy to find a bag of doll clothes that looked like it would fit the American girl dolls for $2.34!

I opened it and I found out it was a bag that is filled with clothes that would fit my dolls! In it was two pairs of white pants,

A pair of American Girl brand snowflake slippers,

A super cute snowflake pajama set,

a tank top with flowers, a pair of pink pants and an American Girl brand long sleeve shirt,

some purple shorts, a red t-shirt with a sailboat on it,

A pair of rainbow shorts,

A tank top and a pair of matching shoes,  

American Girl brand pink tights,

a green holiday dress,

and an green outfit that looks like it would fit Bitty Baby.

American Girl Fun Find

I went to Salvation Army yesterday and I found this bag of stuffed animals for $3.23

I got a American Girl Pomeranian dog

I like the star embroidered on the bottom of her foot

She is very fluffy ad soft

She can turn her head from side to side!

and she can move her legs!

I also love how she has a magnetic mouth. I looked her up on the American Girl website and I found out she was still new and came with a bone for $28!

American Girl Church Fun Finds

Recently I went to a church sale and it was fill a bag for $10. I got some more things in the bag, but here is the things I got for the dolls! I got some clothes that look like they would fit hopscotch hill dolls.

I got a doll, but I got her for her outfit.

 I got a American Girl Isabelle happy meal toy

And a little vase for the dolls

here is the dress off the doll, sadly it doesn't fit any of my dolls.

American Girl Salvation Army Fun Finds

I went to Salvation army and I found a bag of American Girl doll clothes and stuffed animals

I found a really cute Bitty Baby doll coat

a bitty baby hat

American girl brand shoes. sadly there was only one of each, hopefully I can find the other ones in the future.

American Girl Fun Finds

In Savers I found coconut for $2! I found out that this one was made in 2000 because it is really heavy. It weighs a few pounds. The more recent versions of coconut are a lot lighter.

Restringing Kirsten

Kirsten's limbs were in really bad shape.

They would flop down when you would hold her up.

First I untied her neck strings.

Then I took her head off.

Now I took the stuffing out.

Take the white cups out of the arms and legs b cutting the elastic

now put the elastic cords through one of the cups.

Now you would put the cups back in the doll and on the end, you would crimp it with metal so it wouldn't fall out.

make sure to tie the ends for extra support.

all you have to do is re-stuff her and put her head back on.

she is done!

her legs are tight and are much better than before

now Kirsten is done!

Her limbs don't fall over when I hold her up!
